Huddersfield Parish Church

Huddersfield Parish Church is open every week day from 8.30am to 4.00pm and often on a Saturday morning.

As well as being a place of Christian worship and home to a Christian congregation, it is a public building available to all as a spiritual resource. Many come into the church for personal prayer and private reflection. These prayers are often accompanied by the lighting of a candle. Some leave written prayers which are offered afresh to God our Father through Jesus Christ in the daily services.

Sunday services are at 8.00am and 10.00am. Midweek services include daily Morning Prayer at 9.00am and Holy Communion at 12.35pm on a Wednesday.

The church often hosts cultural exhibitions and is the venue for musical concerts. There are display boards about the church’s history and a free brochure about the building is available to accompany private visits.

A cafe and restaurant can be found in the crypt underneath the church.
